LOCAL AUSTRALIAN NUMBERS (DID'S)   
If you are using your VoIP service for outgoing calls only, there is no need for a DID. If however you would like to receive incoming calls from the Public Telephone Network via your Nettalk VoIP service, a DID is required. Nettalk can provide a local number for most cities throughout Australia. 
(Without a DID callers will continue to ring you on your current PSTN local number) 
 
Cost -  $12.00 per month 
            $10.00 per month for Nettalk Loyalty Customers

INTERNAL SERVICE NUMBERS (ISN's)   
An Internal Service Number (ISN) is used where a local number is not required for your Nettalk Broadband Phone service. You will continue to receive calls as normal to your current PSTN local number. 
 
  1. Line Hunt with ISN's - Multiple ISN's can be placed in linehunt with a local number provided by Nettalk. Therefore you can receive multiple calls on one physical line provided by your carrier and save monthly on the reduction of monthly line rental charges. Nettalk can also port your existing local number from your current carrier to our service so you can keep the number for life and save. For more information on number porting click here
  2. Multiple ISN's - Multiple ISN's are available which will similate physical lines. As a result you will be able to make simultanious outgoing calls for every available ISN. This reduces the number of required physical lines and allows you to save on monthly line rentals. (Standard telephones will not be able to call these ISN's. They will call your normal local number). When you make outgoing calls via the ISN's your physical line remains open for incoming calls because your outgoing calls are over the internet connection.
 
Cost - Additional ISN's: $9.95 per month 
                                     $7.95 per month for Nettalk Loyalty Customers

NETTALK VOICEMAIL 
 
What's in Nettalk Voicemail?  
 
Nettalk Voicemail allows you to access messages through either website GUI, A nominated Email address, and or over both your Nettalk phone or  by remote access over a standard PSTN telephone. 
 
  1. Voicemail Delivery - forward a copy of your voicemail messages to a nominated email. You can change the nominated email address when ever you like through our website GUI.
  2. Call Forwarding - forward your incoming calls to a mobile or landline number. You can change the nominated phone number when ever you like through our website GUI.
  3. Follow Me - nominate up to (5) different mobile or landline numbers for incoming calls to be forwarded. Your nominated numbers can be configured to ring simultaneously or to line hunt. You can change the nominated phone numbers when ever you like through our website GUI.
 
 
Cost - $6.00 per month ($12 once-off setup)
